Elaine Beaulieu, MHC-LP
Elaine Beaulieu works with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, body image, disordered eating, low self-esteem, self-criticism, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She is particularly interested in helping clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns of overthinking and self-doubt. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves while finding ways to feel more confident, grounded, and at ease in their lives.
Elaine draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based techniques (ERP), incorporating a trauma-informed perspective. She adapts her approach to each client’s needs and goals, combining evidence-based strategies with curiosity and reflection.
Elaine values creating a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being honest and fully themselves. She believes that feeling understood and supported can create the foundation for exploring difficult patterns and making meaningful changes. Through this process, she helps clients develop greater self-compassion, trust in themselves, and a stronger sense of what they want for their lives.
