Put Your Mind In Good Hands
At Mindset Psychology, we use evidence-based treatments supported by research including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapies. We believe there isn't a one size fits all approach when it comes to therapy and take an integrative approach towards treatment that best fits your unique needs.
We treat a wide range of diagnoses and take a holistic approach to care. In addition to psychological well-being, we examine other lifestyle factors including fitness, diet, spirituality, and other elements that are important to you and your life. At the core of our practice, we strive to place the care of our patients FIRST.
