Put Your Mind In Good Hands
At Mindset Psychology, we use evidence-based treatments supported by research including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapies. We believe there isn't a one size fits all approach when it comes to therapy and take an integrative approach towards treatment that best fits your unique needs.

We treat a wide range of diagnoses and take a holistic approach to care. In addition to psychological well-being, we examine other lifestyle factors including fitness, diet, spirituality, and other elements that are important to you and your life.
