Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Brittie Wintle is a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with more than 14 years of nursing experience. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, trauma-related disorders, binge eating disorder, stress and burnout, and life transition concerns.

Brittie understands the importance of treating the whole person, taking into account your physical health, lived experiences, relationships, sleep, nutrition, and individual strengths. In addition to medication management, she also incorporates brief cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed strategies when appropriate to support meaningful and lasting change.

Brittie is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She works collaboratively with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and unique circumstances, helping them move toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
