Dana Mark focuses on introspection & interpersonal relationships. She integrates the traditional and holistic approach in a safe and peaceful setting. Dana tailors to your personal needs and wants by removing the masks and uncovering your personal truth/individualized self.
Dana incorporates skill building to help you understand why you make the choices you make and to live your life through self-acceptance, self-love, and confidence. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Mindfulness training, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Comment Therapy (ACT). Dana specializes in Couples, ADHD, LGBTQ issues, Depression, and Anxiety.
Dana's love for humanity provided her the opportunity to participate in Humanitarian Mission work in Sierra Leone Africa and Haiti providing Mental health outreach to the communities. Dana has provided counseling in the community for Foster children and has worked with children from ages 4 to 18, adults, families, and the elderly. Dana's mission is to help you help yourself through self-love, acceptance, and confidence.
